A tiny little filly, Rei was the last foal of the Phoenician crop to be born, and made quite an issue coming out to! Her mother was in labour for quite a while before she was finally coaxed out into the world, and she came out unwillingly too. She has been in the wrong position, and had to be shifted into the right birthing position, which had worried the crew a little. Then she went on to get her foot stuck, causing more concern for everyone. However, she finally emerged, much to everyone's (including her tired mother's!) relief.  After she had been licked clean, she immediately started kicking and flailing around until she stood and was suckling by her mother's side. When she had finished filling her tiny little stomach, she stood in the centre of the stall and studied the numerous people watching her regally, much as if she were a queen surveying her subjects. This caused an uproar with everyone present, and immediately earned her the name "Radiance" for it looked like she thought there was a radiant glow surrounding her.

Rei is surprisingly healthy for being so hard to get out, and she shows it. She is a big push-over, and has established her place on the top of the foal pecking-order since day one. She is very dominating, like her half-brother, but in a slightly more subtle way. She is also extremely intelligent, and always seems to be able to find new ways to play tricks on the other foals.

With some pretty outstanding in-game lines to back her up, Rei is the perfect candidate for a future show jumping star. By Arbros, best known for siring the twice RYHA Level 1 graded filly, Miss Illusive, as well as a list of talented, multi-champion older progeny; and out of Rhapsody, the dam of two successfully competing foals, there's no doubting the kind of future this young lady will be facing too.
